To be honest, the new seasons that I am waiting for, unfortunately, will be released only in the fall.
I am incredibly looking forward to the continuation of the series: Sex Education and Locke&Key!
August brought us some good new movies, what could be better then "The Kissing Booth" is (I'm in quotes if anything)
THE KISSING BOOTH 3
After watching the trailer, I did not understand what the problem of the relationship between the main characters would be, which is not particularly important for me. The only important thing is that the Australian actor Jacob will be in the movie, and this is enough to watch this film at your leisure.
THE CHAIR
Sandra in the main role?! YES!
The action takes place in the merciless world of college academics. Sandra Oh plays the role of Professor Ji-Eun Kim, the new and first female head of the English department at the fictional Pembroke University, when she begins to realize that a scandal is looming.
The series also stars Jay Duplass and Holland Taylor, so let's hope that the series will match this ideal cast.

The documentary film, which received the first reviews for the "Oscar" after the premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. It features former supporters of the anti-LGBT movement, and its center is Exodus International, a Christian conversion camp founded in the 1970s. Many of those who once preached the "pray away" method have since abandoned the practice of conversion therapy and have become gay themselves. Doc explores their relationship with the past and fights for the prohibition of any conversion therapy.
AlRawabi School for Girls
Netflix has released a trailer for its Arabic original production "Al-Rawabi School for Girls", the first of its kind youth series in the region, which will premiere on August 12.
I will look forward to this day, as the trailer lured me with its pink toilet and a frightening children's song in the background!
"Al-Rawabi Girls 'School," tells the story of a high school student who was bullied by her classmates, who eventually gathers a group of outcasts to take revenge on her tormentors.
"The fictional world of Al-Rawabi is filled with drama and secrets, and shares the challenges that girls face at this stage of their lives," Netflix said in a press release.
The six-part series was created and written by Jordanian directors Tima Shomali and Shirin Kamal in collaboration with Islam Al Shomali under the direction of Shomali.
COOKING WITH PARIS
OMG!! Paris is back, and with an unexpected program)
Netflix describes the show: "Paris Hilton can cook ... sort of. And she turns the traditional cooking show on its head.
Being an inexperienced cook, which by the way she does not position herself, with the help of her star friends, she finds new ways: ingredients, new recipes, and exotic kitchen appliances."
The trailer shows that Paris is joined in the kitchen by celebrity friends: Kim Kardashian, Demi Lovato, Saviti, Nikki Glazer, Lele Pons, mom Katie Hilton, and sister Nicky Hilton.
BRAND NEW CHERRY FLAVOR
The series takes place in Los Angeles in the 1990s, or rather in Hollywood. Director Lisa N. Nova (Salazar) is a young woman with wide-open eyes who wants to break into the film industry. She meets with Lou Burke, a Hollywood producer who promises to help her make the connections necessary to become a major director. Everything goes downhill when Lou betrays Lisa, and she seeks revenge. To do this, she asks the witch (Keener) to curse Lou and turn his life into hell. But, as you know, there is always a price to pay for this.
CLICKBAIT
Netflix has released the official trailer for the upcoming mini-series Clickbait, which stars Adrian Grenier (Entourage, The Devil Wears Prada) along with Zoe Kazan (Ruby Sparks, The Battle of Buster Scruggs) and Betty Gabriel (Get Out, Westworld). The show, created by creators Tony Ayres and Christian White, explores the ways in which social media can fuel our most dangerous impulses. The limited series of eight episodes will premiere on August 25 on Netflix.
The trailer, which carries shades of two other Netflix series, You and Black Mirror, indicates that Grenier's character is a happy family man on the surface, but potentially hiding secrets that make him something much darker. The media will become a means of revealing the sinister truth about who Nick Brewer really is, much to the horror of his friends and family.
SWEET GIRL
Netflix has released a trailer for the upcoming action movie Sweet Girl, in which Jason Momoa plays a desperate father who decided to fight against an unscrupulous pharmaceutical company.
The trailer introduces us to Ray Cooper (Momoa), a man grieving after the death of his wife due to the lack of expensive medicines. A drug that could have saved Ray's wife (Adria Arjon) was taken off the market by a large pharmaceutical company in order to raise the price of its product. Determined to expose the unethical actions of this company, Ray uncovers a conspiracy involving prominent government figures. However, Big Pharma is ready to do anything to prevent the truth from coming out, including killing a man and putting the blame on Ray. After being charged with murder, Ray needs to avoid being wanted, trying to prove his innocence, for this purpose Momoa will strain his muscles and beat the villains along the way.
